Tenant Improvements / Alterations

In order to maintain quality and uniformity of 1601 Wewatta building materials and finishes, the Landlord requires all alterations to your premises, subject to the terms and conditions of your Lease, to be approved in advance by Property Management if you wish to change/alter any of the following:

• Wall finishes/coverings
• Floor coverings
• Window coverings
• Lighting
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Locks
• Configuration of office
• Affix furniture or equipment to the floor or walls (other than wall décor)
• Carpet cleaning
